IMI Supply Chain Solutions, a leading global provider of supply chain solutions, announces the appointment of a new chairman of the board and a new board member.

Fredrik vom Hofe assumes the role chairman of the board. Fredrik has spent 30 years in executive roles within the global tech industry and is today a full-time chairman/non-executive board director at several B2B SaaS and enterprise applications companies. In addition, he is an investor and advisor to several Private Equity firms. Fredrik was recently Group Senior Vice President and member of the Group Executive Committee at IFS AB, where he among others was responsible for Corporate Development and Mergers & Acquisitions. He has extensive expertise in scaling SaaS companies globally, designing and executing on growth strategies incl. strategic M&A. Prior to joining IFS, Fredrik worked in senior executive roles within general management, sales, professional services, and marketing at Cap Gemini, Ernest & Young, Ericsson and Asea Brown Boveri (ABB) in Sweden, Germany, Australia, and New Zealand.

Johan Stakeberg is appointed as new board member of IMI. Johan has spent most of his career in Enterprise software companies focusing on complex sales in different parts of the world with a strong focus on SaaS. Johan has 15 years of experience working at Oracle as Sales Executive, Sales Director and CEO Oracle Sweden. Between 2012-2018 Johan was Head of Global Sales for the SaaS company Syncron. In addition, he was the President for Syncron US and based in Palo Alto CA. Since 2018 Johan has worked as a board member, private investor, and advisor to portfolio companies as well as advisor to some Private Equity Companies.
