IMI’s Commitment To Our Customers During The COVID-19 Crisis

We are continuously monitoring the development and uncertainties associated with the COVID-19 pandemic. Our leadership team is meeting on a daily basis to review the situation and take necessary actions to ensure that we can provide full continuity of services to support your business throughout these difficult times.

Many of you run a supply chain whose function is critical for the people and country/countries where you operate. We are there to help you secure the continuity of your operations and to help you face unique demands and needs. This might be to mitigate risk and cover up for your key persons if they are affected, or to support any other business continuity measures you take to deal with the crisis.

We assess guidelines from governments and authorities on a continuous basis to be able to quickly adjust our operation according to mandates and recommendations and secure continuity. This includes actions to reduce potential transmission of the virus and to ensure the health and welfare of both our and your employees. Our offices remain open at this point, but we have firmly restricted our traveling and physical meetings. If/when required we have ensured that all of our staff can work remote from homes or other locations supported by online collaboration tools, both with each other and with your employees.
