IMI deepens collaboration with Apotek Hjärtat – launches the pharmacy logistics platform of the future
IMI Supply Chain Solutions is expanding its collaboration with Apotek Hjärtat by taking the next step: launching a new platform for the pharmacy logistics of the future. This strengthened partnership enables the next phase in the pharmacy chain’s digital transformation.
Since 2011, IMI’s cloud-based Advanced Order Management solution has been part of Apotek Hjärtat’s supply chain. The new collaboration introduces the IMI FLOW platform as a tool in the pharmacies to optimize everything from goods receipt and inventory management to product administration, e-commerce integration, picking and packing, as well as monitoring and reporting. The platform also offers mobile support, planning functions, and powerful analytics tools.
At the heart of the platform is a mobile-based interface designed to simplify daily operations in the pharmacies. With scalability and user-friendliness at its core, pharmacy staff can easily comply with regulatory requirements, manage product flows, and provide customers with a seamless experience across all channels.
