The IMI platform is an integral part of DSV’s strategy to have one common multi-client and multi-site WMS. It helps enable order management and process automation across all warehouses and 3PL customers in Europe in a consistent way.

The challenge

DSV needed to simplify customers’ logistics operations and adapt processes and integrations to each customer’s specific needs. At the same time, they wanted to improve the utilisation of staff and other resources, and consolidate infrastructure and system platforms across Europe under one common framework.

The solution

IMI’s WMS is used as a multi-client, multi-site production system in modern warehouse facilities. Centiro TMS handles collaboration and integration with carriers, and the solution is integrated with DSV’s invoicing and ERP system.
