The challenge

DB Schenker needed to simplify customers’ logistics operations and adapt processes and integrations to each customer’s specific needs. At the same time, they wanted to improve the utilisation of staff and other resources, and consolidate infrastructure and system platforms across Europe under one common framework.

The solution

IMI’s WMS is used as a multi-client, multi-site production system in modern warehouse facilities. Centiro TMS handles collaboration and integration with carriers, and the solution is integrated with Schenker’s invoicing and ERP system.
