IMI opens the doors to a brand-new office in Linköping

A home away from home 

The vision we had for our new office was to open up and create a co-working-inspired space where everyone could work and feel more relaxed while being productive. Our interior designer Cissi Franzén brought our vision to life beyond our expectations. 

We wanted an open space with a focus on collaboration, so she created an environment where employees are encouraged to sit together in a common area and collaborate on projects together. We also wanted the office to feel more like a living room than an office, which is why she incorporated lots of natural materials into the design and added pops of color throughout the space.   

Today we are 56 people in our Linköping office, with “dedicated spaces” for up to 72 employees. Let’s see how long we’ll be able to sit in these spaces before we need to expand even further, with the rate at that we are growing.
